Kuala Lumpur, 26–27 January 2026— MTC Group successfully participated in the 27th Offshore Asia Pacific Summit & FPS Malaysia 2026, held at Hilton Kuala Lumpur, reaffirming its commitment to advancing fit-for-purpose offshore solutions for marginal field development.
On the first day of the summit, MTC Group representatives actively took part in the Supply Chain and Procurement Matchmaking session, engaging with industry players to explore collaboration opportunities and strengthen strategic partnerships across the offshore value chain.
The second day marked a key highlight for MTC Group, with General Manager Development, Ir. Mohd Roslan Daut, invited as a panellist for the roundtable discussion titled “Addressing Emerging Challenges in FLNG/FSRU Projects: Key Insights Through the Industry Value Chain Lens.”
During the session, Ir. Mohd Roslan emphasized the importance of MTC’s Fit-for-Purpose Solutions for marginal field development, highlighting the company’s proven FPSOFLNG+ concept as a practical, cost-effective, and scalable approach tailored to industry challenges.
In the evening technical session, MTC’s Lead Process Engineer, Ir. Anwar Bin Ahmad, delivered a presentation on “MTC FPSOFLNG+ Fit-for-Purpose Solution for Marginal Fields.” His presentation highlighted MTC’s technical capabilities, economic advantages, and proven solution track record, specifically addressing the needs of marginal field developments.
